  • Birds to Look For

    Great Blue Heron, Great Egret, Black-crowned Night-Heron. Rarities seen here include Tricolored and Little Blue Herons and Snowy Egrets.

  • Area Notes

    Access to the island is prohibited, but it can be circumnavigated by boat. Nearby Lake Christina is great for waterbirds.
